We’re hiring AR Callers – US Healthcare RCM

Eligibility: Any Life Sciences graduate
Job Location: Mumbai
Shift: Night
Interview Date: 28th Sep 2026
Interview: Face to face only
Salary: ₹2.6 – ₹2.8 LPA
Cab Facility: Provided

Job duties:

• Follow up on unpaid/denied medical claims with insurance companies.

• Call payers to check claim status, payment status and reasons for non-payment.

• Identify and work on denied, rejected or underpaid claims.

• Review patient/claim information and insurance details.

• Contact insurance companies regarding EOB/ERA, payment details and claim corrections.

• Take necessary action on claims requiring resubmission, correction or appeal.

• Maintain accurate notes and update claim status in the billing/AR system.

• Meet daily/weekly calling, productivity and collection targets.

• Coordinate with medical billing, coding and denial management teams when required.

• Follow US healthcare billing processes, payer guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

• Prepare or maintain reports related to outstanding AR, collections and claim follow-ups.
