2. Eligibility

- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
WorkSurely reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:
- Maintain accurate profile information.
- Upload authentic educational, professional, and identity documents.
- Apply only to roles they are genuinely interested in.
- Attend scheduled interviews.
- Communicate professionally with recruiters.
Candidates must not:
- Misrepresent qualifications.
- Submit fake documents.
- Create multiple accounts.
- Share account access with others.
WorkSurely may suspend accounts found violating these requirements.
4. Recruiter Responsibilities
Recruiters agree to:
- Register using official company email addresses.
- Post accurate and genuine job opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication.
- Update hiring statuses in a timely manner.
Recruiters must not:
- Post fake jobs.
- Collect money from candidates.
- Share misleading information.
- Publish external application links or unauthorized contact details.
WorkSurely may remove job postings or suspend recruiter accounts at its discretion.
5. Subscription Services
WorkSurely offers paid and free subscription plans.
Subscriptions provide access to platform features including but not limited to:
- Job matching
- Application management
- Career insights
- Interview tracking
- Hiring workflow tools
Subscription fees are charged for platform access and digital services.
Subscription payments do not guarantee:
- Interviews
- Selection
- Employment
- Job placement
6. Payments
All payments are processed through authorized payment partners.
Users agree to pay applicable fees associated with their selected subscription plan.
WorkSurely reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time.
Changes shall not affect active subscriptions already purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, logos, designs, databases, and materials available on the Platform are the property of WorkSurely or its licensors.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Misuse the Platform
- Harm other users
No compensation shall be payable for suspended or terminated accounts due to policy violations.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
