Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Verification: Extracting information from source files and entering it accurately into standard clinical, safety, or corporate databases.

• Operational Execution: Meeting strict daily target volumes and Turnaround Times (TAT) while maintaining zero-error data quality.
• Query & Coding Management: Reviewing files to flag missing data, generating data query sheets, and performing basic medical coding using standard dictionaries like MedDRA.
• Reporting & AI Support: Generating basic data reports for internal teams and assisting in evaluating the performance of internal automated or Generative AI workflows.
• Compliance & SOP Adherence: Following corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strict quality checklists, and regulatory guidelines to ensure data security.
  
  Skills Required:
  Good English Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written English skills for global team collaboration and data documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel: Strong capability in organizing and analyzing datasets using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• High Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision to maintain zero-error entry and meet strict quality metrics.
• Basic Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of data management principles, clinical terms, or automated tools.
• Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet daily client turnaround times.
