Job Role 01: Medical Records Summarizer  
Qualification: Pharma Graduates 
Experience: Fresher  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and organize medical records from raw documents.
• Extract relevant medical information for analysis.
• Read, understand and summarize medical documents accurately.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy as per client requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent English comprehension, grammar & writing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good typing speed and MS Word/Excel knowledge.
• Effective online searching skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Job Role 02: Medical Records Listing  Executive
Qualification: Any Life Science Graduates 
Experience: Fresher
