Trainee QA-QMS

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our Quality Assurance team at our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility in Isnapur. This role is ideal for pharmacy graduates looking to build a strong foundation in Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and international manufacturing standards.

• Shift Timings: General Shift (G) + flexibility to work in alternative shifts depending on operational workloads.
• Interview Mode: Online/In person (Preferably Face-to-Face)
   

Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

• QMS Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, tracking, and archival of critical QMS documents.
• Deviation & CAPA Management: Support the investigation of deviations and follow up on the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Change Control: Coordinate and track change control requests ensuring all departmental reviews are completed.
• Market Complaints: Assist in registering, investigating, and documenting market complaints or product quality feedback.
• Compliance Management: Ensure the plant strictly adheres to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) guidelines.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain audit-ready documentation and participate in internal quality compliance reviews.
  
  Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience: Freshers only (2025 / 2026 Pass outs preferred).
• Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
• Gender: Male candidates only (due to operational/shift requirements).
• Skills: Basic understanding of QA/QMS concepts, good analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
